Who we are
There are 500 homes in the Community. They were originally built by GL Homes. Each homeowner is a member of the HOA and pays quarterly dues to maintain common facilities and daily operations. The HOA is governed by a Board of Directors that holds meetings once a month open to all homeowners. There is a Property Manager, located in the clubhouse office, who takes care of daily operations, and there is a management company (Castle Management – located offsite) to handle dues collections, accounting, and other common services.
